FAQs
Our old system was outdated and was making it harder to provide you with the best possible care. MyChart will be so much more user-friendly and has features that will make accessing your health and appointment information so much easier. It’s a great new tool for us too, helping us better manage your care.
With MyChart, you can message your care team, get your lab results, request an appointment, and access your medical records from home. It will also mean fewer phone calls since so much of what you would have had to call to do before can now be done online.
MyChart will become our new patient portal on Tuesday, February 11th, 2025. At that point your old patient portal will no longer be accessible.
No patient will be required to sign up for MyChart but we encourage everyone to set up an account and try it out. MyChart is user friendly and makes it possible to message your care team, get your lab results, request an appointment, and access your medical records whenever you'd like.
No, while you can download an app for a smart phone, MyChart can also be accessed on any computer.
Starting February 11th, patients can sign up by coming to this webpage and following the instructions or by downloading an app in the Apple App Store or the Google Play App store.
