As a U.S. Coast Guard veteran, I earned my Master of Science in Mental Health Counseling and a Master of Arts in Sociology from Georgia State University in Atlanta, Georgia. I completed my undergraduate degree in Social Sciences from the University of Alaska Southeast in Juneau, Alaska.
Through a consultative approach, I assist patients in achieving their health goals by empowering them to make small behavioral changes that improve functionality and quality of life. In turn, this increases the strength of our community. When I’m not reading, I enjoy cheering on the Atlanta Falcons, exploring out-of-the-way places, and connecting with nature.
