I became a member of the Unity Care NW team in April 2019. I greatly enjoy collaborating with individuals who are seeking to develop and achieve goals in their lives. Counseling provides the time and space to explore new ways of thinking and being that support greater health and well-being. I partner with individuals in this process, empowering them to discover and create those changes which they desire in their lives.
My educational journey has included Bachelor of Arts degrees in Anthropology, French, and International Studies at Oregon State University, and a Master of Science in Mental Health Counseling through Capella University. My counseling experience includes a combination of community mental health, private practice, and co-occurring/chemical dependency counseling.
I am board certified as a National Certified Counselor and a Certified Clinical Mental Health Counselor through the National Board of Certified Counselors.
