I joined UCNW in October 2018 and I am passionate about providing mental health therapy in an integrated healthcare system dedicated to wellness for the whole person. My experience includes providing mental health therapy in community mental health settings, and as a case manager working with homeless individuals and families. I have a B.S. in Social and Behavioral Science from Linfield College, and an M.Ed. with a specialization in counseling from Heritage College.
Creating positive life change is an attainable goal. Counseling provides a safe, supportive environment that allows us to honestly and authentically examine issues and concerns. Working together we can strengthen hope and promote lasting healing and growth. I use a variety of treatment approaches to address issues including depression, trauma, anxiety, mood management, and many others. Whichever issues you choose to address in counseling, I am dedicated to working with you compassionately and respectfully toward an increased sense of resolution and well-being.
