Rebecca brings four decades of technology leadership together with an active clinical practice in mental health counseling. She most recently served as Chief Technology Officer at the National Institute for Automotive Service Excellence, following 24 years as VP of Technology at Health Communications, Inc., where she built and led large-scale learning platforms serving hundreds of thousands of students annually. She is also the founder of Praxnote, an AI-first clinical platform for behavioral health practitioners. In 2025 Rebecca completed her Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and now practices as a licensed therapist in Washington, with a focus on trauma-informed care for high-risk, neurodivergent and LGBTQ+ clients. A Unity Care NW patient and Bellingham resident, she joined the Board in June 2026, drawn to UCNW’s integrated, whole-person model from both her professional work and her own experience as a patient navigating chronic illness.
