UCNW’s Bellingham and Ferndale pharmacies are now offering annual Flu and COVID-19 vaccines for adults 19 and older with no appointment needed.

Immunizations for children 18 and under are available by appointment or on a walk-in basis at our health centers. Call (360) 676-6177 to make an appointment for your child.

Flu and COVID-19 vaccines are available to all regardless of patient status or ability to pay.

Answers to Frequently Asked Questions

Q: Do adults need to make an appointment to get a vaccine?
A: No! Vaccines are available at both our pharmacies, Monday – Friday, 9 AM- 5 PM without an appointment. Immunizations for children under 18 are available by appointment only.

Q: Where are the Unity Care NW Pharmacies?
• 218 Unity Street, in Bellingham

• 6060 Portal Way, in Ferndale – located inside North Whatcom Health Center, next to the main entrance.

Q: Do you have to be a Unity Care NW patient to receive a vaccine from our pharmacy?
A: No, the pharmacy can immunize any adult.

Q: What other vaccines will be available?
A: RSV vaccine is available as a one time vaccine for all adults 75 and older and adults 60 and older with certain chronic conditions like asthma, COPD, heart disease, or diabetes. Please talk to our pharmacist if you aren’t sure if the RSV vaccine is right for you.

Shingles vaccine is available as a two-dose series, with doses separated by 2-6 months, adults aged 50 years and older.

Q: What options are available for uninsured adults to receive needed immunizations?
UCNW Pharmacies have enrolled in the Adult Vaccine Program and can provide COVID-19 (Spikevax/Moderna) and flu vaccine at no-charge to uninsured patients.

Q: How can I access my vaccine records?
Washington State offers an authorized service called MyIR Mobile which allows you to safely access your immunization records online. It’s free, it’s official, and it’s secure. Once registered, you can access all of your vaccination records — including your COVID-19 vaccine records.
