UCNW’s pharmacy is now offering annual Flu and COVID-19 vaccines for adults beginning. These vaccines are available to all adults, regardless of patient status or ability to pay.

Adults can stop by our Bellingham pharmacy this Saturday, September 21st from 8:30am – 4pm for annual Flu and COVID vaccines. No appointment needed. 

Immunizations for children under 18 are available by appointment only. Flu and COVID-19 vaccines will be available soon. Call (360) 676-6177 to make an appointment for your child.

Answers to Frequently Asked Questions

 

Q: Do adults need to make an appointment to get a vaccine?

A: No! Vaccines are available at both our pharmacies, Monday – Friday, 9 AM- 5 PM without an appointment. Immunizations for children under 18 are available by appointment only.

 

Q: Where are the Unity Care NW Pharmacies?

• 218 Unity Street, in Bellingham

• 6060 Portal Way, in Ferndale – located inside North Whatcom Health Center, next to the main entrance.

 

Q: Do you have to be a Unity Care NW patient to receive a vaccine from our pharmacy?

A: No, the pharmacy can immunize any adult.

 

Q: What other vaccines will be available?

A: COVID-19 vaccine will be available beginning September 17th in our pharmacies with no appointment needed.

RSV vaccine is available as a one time vaccine for all adults 75 and older and adults 60 and older with certain chronic conditions like asthma, COPD, heart disease, or diabetes. Please talk to our pharmacist if you aren’t sure if the RSV vaccine is right for you.

Shingles vaccine is available as a two-dose series, with doses separated by 2-6 months, adults aged 50 years and older.

 

Q: How can I access my vaccine records?
Washington State offers an authorized service called MyIR Mobile which allows you to safely access your immunization records online. It’s free, it’s official, and it’s secure. Once registered, you can access all of your vaccination records — including your COVID-19 vaccine records.
