Bonnie Ross joined Unity Care NW in February 2021. She brings more than 18 years of leadership experience in finance, compliance, operations, and healthcare administration, having served in roles including auditor, finance manager, finance director, CFO, and CEO. Prior to joining Unity Care NW, Bonnie held executive leadership positions with Federally Qualified Health Centers in California and Oregon, developing expertise in financial stewardship, regulatory compliance, strategic planning, operational excellence, and organizational performance. She is committed to ensuring that strong financial and operational practices support high-quality, accessible, patient-centered care for the communities Unity Care NW serves. Bonnie holds an MBA of Business Administration from the University of Phoenix, a Bachelor of Science in Behavioral Science and Health from the University of Utah.
