Dietitian Kitchen 6-Week Online Class

Antrim Caskey, RD has the information you need to eat healthy and improve your well-being. Find tips for making tasty, nutrient-dense meals on a budget.  Antrim’s most recent 6-week class session started April 13, 2021 and will be offered again in the fall. Virtual QiGong Classes

Bob Shapiro is offering virtual QiGong classes on Unity Care NW’s Facebook page as a Facebook Live event. Join him every Tuesday from 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and enjoy the health benefits of gentle, intentional movement. Previously recorded classes can be found here.

Veggie Rx

Unity Care NW’s Veggie Rx Program helps food-insecure individuals who are living with Type 2 diabetes add more fresh produce to their diet. Participants receive a $40 voucher every month for a year to buy fresh fruits and vegetables at the Community Food Co-ops of Bellingham. Improve your health and manage your blood sugar levels.
