I joined Unity Care NW in 2025. I received my Master of Professional Mental health Counseling from Lewis and Clark College, and my B. S. from Western Washington University. I have provided individual psychotherapy to a diverse range of client and have experience working in community college, group practice, and community mental health settings. I enjoy using person-centered, Acceptance and Commitment, and Compassion-Focused approaches in my work. Outside of work I enjoy being outside, finding a new favorite coffee shop, or curling up on the couch with a good book and my cat, Enzo.
