Fill Your Prescriptions at Our Convenient On-Site Pharmacy
Unity Care NW offers our patients the convenience of on-site pharmacy services. Our pharmacy staff works closely with your care team to make filling your prescriptions safer and easier.
With strong communication and coordination between our pharmacy and care teams, we can help you avoid harmful side effects of some medications and manage your medication refills. When you fill prescriptions at our pharmacy, revenue is returned to our non-profit health center to expand and improve services and provide quality, affordable care to our community.
Make the switch! To change your pharmacy to Unity Care NW, call our Bellingham pharmacy at (360) 752-7406, or our North Whatcom pharmacy at (360) 752-7408. Our staff can assist you with getting your prescriptions transferred.
Sliding Fee Discount Program
Unity Care NW offers a Sliding Fee Discount Program to help keep care affordable for uninsured patients and those with high deductibles and co-pays. Eligibility for the Sliding Fee Discount Program is based on household size and income.
To apply for the Sliding Fee Discount Program, contact our Outreach and Enrollment staff at (360) 788-2669.
You can call the pharmacy directly for refill requests. Bellingham: (360) 752-7406 Ferndale: (360) 752-7408
If you use an outside pharmacy, please call your pharmacy to request your refills at least three business days before you are out of medication. Please do not call or come in to Unity Care NW for your refill. If your prescription has expired or there are any concerns about the refill, the pharmacy will notify Unity Care NW. Please do not call the pharmacy more than once for the same refill — this will slow down the process.
We are also able to provide limited mailing services for some prescriptions.

We are now offering vaccines for adults on a walk-in basis at our pharmacies, Monday-Friday, from 9am – 5pm. Call (360) 752-7406 for more information and to find out which vaccines are currently available.
Don’t toss it. Don’t flush it. Don’t save it. Keep your family, our community, and our waters safe. Dispose of your family’s medications by returning them in the original packaging to our pharmacy. Look for the Secure Medication Return box located in our pharmacies. Simply drop your unused medications in the box. Remove all personally identifying information from the containers before depositing them in the box.
