COVID-19 vaccines and boosters are currently available at Unity Care NW for existing patients. We are now offering COVID vaccines for adults on a walk-in basis at our pharmacies. Monday-Friday, from 9am – 5pm. Vaccinations for children can be scheduled by calling (360) 676-6177.
The state’s vaccine locator can be used by anyone to find an available vaccination appointment locally.
Boosters & Updated Vaccines
The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and the Western States Scientific Safety Review Workgroup now recommend everyone 5 and older receive and updated COVID-19 vaccine.
Refer to your vaccination card for the type and date of COVID-19 vaccine administration. You can also get personal vaccination records through the Washington State Immunization Information System (WAIIS) at wa.myir.net.
