Unity Care NW service bios.

Gagan Sandhu, RDH

I joined Unity Care Northwest in 2014 after earning my AAS in Dental Assisting from Bellingham Technical College. Since then, I have built over a decade of hands-on experience providing high-quality, compassionate care as part of a dedicated dental team. Following several years of experience as a Dental Assistant, I advanced my clinical training by earning an AAS-T in Dental Hygiene from Bellingham Technical College, which led to my current role as a Registered Dental Hygienist.

I take a patient-centered approach to care, prioritizing comfort, trust, and education in every clinical interaction. I value working at a community health center because it allows me to serve diverse populations and support patients who may otherwise face barriers to receiving care — all while contributing to a mission that truly makes a difference in our community.

Annie Jang, DMD

I joined Unity Care NW in 2025. I was born in Korea, then moved to Boston where I lived for 14 years. I worked in private practice for over a decade as an assistant before I received my Doctor of Dental Medicine from Boston University in 2024. After graduating, I moved to SF/Oakland for my 1-year residency, where I learned some Spanish and fell in love with the West Coast. I have experience providing comprehensive examinations and treatment planning for pediatric and adult patients, and it is my goal to provide each patient with high-quality care. I love to walk and hike, play board games, and find new cafes and restaurants to visit.

Jaskirat Sandhu, RDH

I joined Unity Care Northwest in 2021 and earned my AAS-T in Dental Hygiene from Bellingham Technical College, where I graduated with a 4.0 GPA and served as class president. I am a member of the American Dental Hygienists’ Association (ADHA) and currently serve as a delegate for the Northwestern Component of the Washington Dental Hygienists’ Association (WDHA). I am passionate about providing excellent patient care, promoting oral health education, and ensuring a comfortable experience for all patients, particularly within community health settings that help reduce barriers to care.

Andy Moore, PharmD

I joined Unity Care NW in 2025. I received my Doctor of Pharmacy and Bachelor of Science from Washington State University, and I have 8 years of experience working in multiple pharmacy settings. I am passionate about community pharmacy, and I am always looking for opportunities to grow my professional and clinical skills. In my free time I enjoy exploring the outdoors and staying active with my two dogs Josie and Bodie.

Saira Ahmed, DMD

I joined Unity Care NW in 2025.

I completed my undergraduate degrees in biochemistry/history at the University of Miami. I received my Doctor of Dental Medicine and Master of Oral Biology from the University of Louisville. I am committed to providing high-quality, patient-centered dentistry through the most current evidence-based treatment. I am experienced in restorative, pediatric, and preventative care. I grew up in the Chicago suburbs.

I enjoy working in community health because it allows me to serve all the members of my community and helps me improve their quality of life. Caring for people in any capacity has been a lifelong mission for me, so I am honored to be able to serve Whatcom County as a Dentist.

In my free time, I enjoy reading, cooking, and exploring the beautiful PNW.

Jason Bradley

Jason serves as Chief Operating Officer at Unity Care NW, which he joined in 2025. He previously served as the Site Director of Operations for One Community Health – one of Oregon’s leading non-profit Federally Qualified Health Centers. In that role, he was directly responsible for leading clinical support and aligning operations across multiple locations and mobile units to optimize the healthcare experience for 30,000 patients.
Prior to this, Jason devoted 22 years of service to the United States as an Air Force Aerospace Medical Services Craftsman. During his military service, he held a variety of positions ranging from primary care, specialty care, emergency medical services, emergency management, and labor & delivery across eight installations.
Jason brings extensive experience in community health and has upheld a strong commitment to serving vulnerable populations throughout his career. He holds a Master’s in Health Care Quality from George Washington University and a Bachelor’s in Quality Systems from Bowling Green State University, which positions him well to help the UCNW team create opportunities for everyone in our community to live their healthiest lives.

Sammy Loch, LMHC

I joined Unity Care NW in 2025. I received my Master of Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Western Washington University and have many years of experience working as a counselor in community mental health. I am a Licensed Mental Health Therapist, and I value a holistic perspective in counseling. I see each client as a whole person (mind/body/spirit) who interacts with and is influenced by their environment. I enjoy using somatic -based practices to help clients understand the dysregulated nervous system and how to move towards regulation and healing. I have a special interest in chronic pain, disability, and working with neurodivergent folks.

Outside of work, I enjoy reading, crocheting, playing board games, watching movies, and hanging out with my dog.

Adrian Cedillo, LMCHA

I joined Unity Care NW in 2025. I received my Master of Clinical Mental Health Counseling and my Bachelor of Criminal Justice from Southwestern Assemblies of God University. I have experience assessing emotional and mental health, developing treatment plans, helping patients explore their thoughts and feelings, and feel comfortable communicating in both English and Spanish. It is my goal to make a positive impact on individuals’ lives through counseling and advocacy.

When I’m not counseling, you’ll find me running, soaking up time with family and friends, or enjoying the PNW outdoors, all which remind me of the importance of balance and connection.

Whether in the therapy room or the community, my goal is the same: to empower growth, resilience, and hope.
