There is a Code of Conduct that requires visitors to help maintain a safe environment.

Allergy-free laundry detergent is automatically loaded into the machines. Visitors may not use their own detergents. Shampoo, conditioner, bar soap, shaving cream, razors, toothbrushes, toothpaste, floss and combs are all provided. Visitors may bring their own hygiene products to use.

The Way Station does not have plans for a volunteer or peer-to-peer program at this time. All areas within the space are being used to their full capacity for services currently offered.

The Way Station offers one-time and monthly donation options.

The respite program — managed by the Opportunity Council in collaboration with PeaceHealth — will open in early 2025. There will be 16 beds for individuals discharged from the hospital who need a temporary, supportive place to heal.

Get Involved

This facility was made possible, in part, by generous contributions from supporters and local donors. You too can help provide hot showers, laundry services, restrooms, and health care for individuals and families without a home.

Unity Care NW is part of Bombas’ Giving Partner network of over 3,500 organizations across the United States that distribute new and thoughtfully designed clothing items to individuals at risk or currently experiencing homelessness. We are grateful to be able to provide clean clothing items for unhoused clients at The Way Station.
