Before your Telehealth Video Appointment:

  • Give yourself extra time to log on to your appointment.
  • Make sure you have your meeting link handy. You should have received it in an email or text message.
  • Make sure your device is connected to the internet.
  • Be in a quiet, well-lit, and private space.
